When it comes to deep house music in Second Life, Silus Kappler is one of the first names that springs to mind. His weekly Tuesday sessions at Enigma have earned him many loyal fans, and he is also a regular at several other clubs around SL such as Drain and Sol. At the decks it’s clear Silus has a deep love and appreciation for house music, with selections from a spectrum of house styles from jazzy and vocal to introspective at techy, and a clever knack for keeping the dancefloor on its toes!

Join us for some sweet sounds and grooves!

Starts off with some rumpy, butt-shakin grooves (the words “Derrick Carter” say it all!), then quickly picks up with some prime-time deep from Milton Jackson and Cosmic Belt. After that, it’s a ride! Lots of stuff from the Glideslope label, which manages to be swirly, deep, and crunchy all at the same time. Also some great stuff from Eric Kupper and K Scope. Winds up with an old classic from Hot Toddy with a monster, bassline driven groove. Thanks to everyone who came along and made it a great night!
